Hiline Travel has the following terms and conditions for reservations of flights, booking of hotels, accommodations, or any other services provided by Hiline. At the time of making reservations or getting any service from Hiline, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our company. On all the services where Hiline Travel is acting as an agent, these terms and conditions are applied. Therefore, we recommend you first carefully and thoroughly read each section of the terms and conditions and then proceed with our services. Furthermore, if you find it difficult to understand any part of our terms and conditions or you have any questions about them you can contact our customer support to find support for your queries.

Please acknowledge that all the terms and conditions listed here are specifically for the services of Hiline Travel and additional terms and conditions may be applied by the supplier, including vacation services and packages, car bookings, lodging, or any additional services. In addition to this, any purchase on our website is subjected to additional conditions as a result of changes in contract modifications, tax changes, payments paid to be later, or additional terms attached to a particular service. Legal Claim

Reservations can be made via multiple platforms i.e. via phone calls, online, or by emails. The company will send a confirmation after the reservation via email (provided that the email is correct). The confirmation email includes full traveler details, a timetable, payment information, company contact information, and terms and conditions. In case of any incorrect information, the clients can contact the company within 24 hours. After that, the company may not be able to provide support to the customer.  In addition to this, it is required that full payments should be made when booking online. In the event that the customer is making reservations, the down payment must be paid prior to the reservation.

a non-refundable first deposit is made for traveling consultancy and seat reservation. Tickets are only issued if the traveler has confirmed them. Tickets are not refundable unless specifically mentioned. E-Tickets are provided via email after full payment and full documentation. Travelers can also request the tickets to be sent via postal service.

In case a traveler is a disabled person, infant, child, or any other person requiring special needs, only the guardian or the parents would be considered for travel arrangements. All the information regarding the tickets will be provided only after the final/complete payment.  All the services made via using the Hiline Travel website or all the traveling services related to Hiline Travel will be subject to change without any prior notification, therefore, clearly read all the terms and conditions every time you make reservations via Hiline Travel.

Bookings

1. The Residence, First, Business, or Economy Classes are the available cabin classes when booking flights. The terms of the applicable fare and the accessibility of seats for that fare group will govern your reservation. To confirm your reservation, you must pay online at the time of booking with a debit card, credit card, or another form of payment.
2. Please be aware that depending on the origin you are flying from, our pricing is automatically presented. The fare shown on the booking page may have been converted at a different exchange rate by your payment processor. 3. The listed prices include all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, including airport taxes, exit taxes, passenger service fees, and other levies levied by the host country’s government or airport.

Changes and Refunds

• In case you want to cancel or change the reservations, you can do so only in case they are permitted by our policies.
• All reservations, modifications, changes, cancellations, etc are subject to the Hiline Travel terms and conditions and are not limited to it.
•  Moreover, all the tickets/ reservations/services once purchased cannot be changed unless permitted by relevant departments.
•  Tickets are non-refundable.
• If the customer fails to arrive on time at the airport, the company will not be responsible. In addition to this, the company will not allow/provide any reimbursements.
• You are prohibited to change the names on the tickets.
• You are not allowed to reroute the flights.
• If the customer wants not to travel (during a certain period of time) his deposit may be refunded, but it will take r4 weeks (at least) to refund his money.
• The prices of the tickets/other traveling services are not fixed unless the payments have been made as the service provider is liable to change fairs.
• Any additional increase in money, taxes, and fares must be covered by the customer. In case you cancel your reservation, you may not be able to get a refund.
• The company encourages you to pay as soon as possible to avoid any additional burden.
• All the different services may follow a different monetary policy, therefore you are advised to check the relevant field for this o avoid any ambiguity in the future.

Payment Methods

Hiline Travel provides the easiest payment method to its customers. All the payment methods are secure, quick, convenient, and reliable. Further security is ensured by Hiline Travel’s financial security policy. Customers can use the following methods to pay.

Credit card payments

One of the most convenient and reliable methods of payment is via credit cards. Debit cards are accepted by Hiline Travel and third-party documentation and authorization are applicable to this.

CASH ONLY PAYMENTS

Cash-only payments can be made via bank account, deposit in the banks, or money transfer in bank accounts. This method is most suitable for urgent payments. Keep that, we do not accept any money via postal mail. Travelers can pay money at our office for all the services of Hiline Travel. To keep track of your reservations and payments you are advised to keep in contact with the company ahead of time. While depositing money, keep in contact with the agent. You should correctly mention your full name and booking number before the payment.

Bank cards

You can deposit money via bank cards. Make sure that payments must be made within ten days in case the check bounce. Ten days is the time duration during which you have to clear all the dues. No currency checks are accepted at Hiline Travel in addition to what the company had already mentioned. Any delay in the procedure of payment may affect the final cost as already mentioned. The traveler may be notified of such changes.

Travel requirements

The customer is required to have a visa to travel or transit through some of the destinations. This is the responsibility of the customer to obtain visas. The customer should also have a valid passport and the duration of expiry of the passport must be considered while making reservations and keeping track of the duration of traveling, which should be accepted by the country the traveler is visiting. Any additional requirement i.e. immunization, traveling insurance, etc should be the responsibility of the traveler. Hiline Travel is not subjected to cover such provisions. The customer must abridge itself with such provisions by visiting the relevant country traveling requirements or the relevant country embassy.

The following methods can be used to make reservations at Hiline Travel.

Reservations via Internet

Travelers can make reservations via online platforms. The traveler is required to provide all the information accurately and authentically to avoid any problems in the future. The traveler himself is subjected to choosing the accurate time, day, destination, or schedule of the flights. The traveler may be provided with assistance, in case the traveler wants to change any traveling service, this service is subject to the provisions of the relevant airline. Once the payment has been made, the traveler will receive a call/email from the agent o cross-check his provided information or his required service. Full payments are required at the time of booking.

Telephonic Reservations

Reservations can also be made via telephone calls. A relevant agent will help the customer for making reservations. All the required information, concerns, or ambiguities can be asked of the agent. The customer is required to keep note of the name, phone, and related information about the agent to keep track in the future. All payment methods mentioned on the website can be utilized for telephonic reservations. The customer is required to provide all the information regarding the payments. An email will be sent for confirmation and rechecking of the information. E-Tickets will be sent via email and all the terms and conditions of the company will be applicable.
